Effect: Local anaesthetic reduces pain and itching caused by haemorrhoids and anal fissures. Application: Apply ointment externally or insert into the anus with an applicator; empty the bowel beforehand if possible. Dosage: 2 3 times daily, morning and evening and before and after defecation; max. 2. 5 g per application. Duration: No longer than 3 days
